A2Z Uniforms Return Policy
We strive to have 100% customer satisfaction. We have provided detailed images and product information to help reduce the likelyhood of returns. But from time to time a return/exchange is necessary. We gladly accept returns that meet our guidelines. The customer is responsible for postage to return the item(s) to us but there is NO additional shipping charge if we are shipping an exchange order back to you.
1. Returns must be delivered to us within 14 days of the day you receive them.
Any returns after the 14 days will be charged a 50% restocking fee.
2. Returns must be new, unaltered, unsoiled, unworn with original tags affixed.
Any worn, soiled, or altered merchandise will be documented and given to charity (no credit will be issued)
Any scrubs missing original tags affixed will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Simply send your return/exchange along with a copy of your packing slip address below.
If you wish to exchange your order, please make a note on your packing slip indicating which item(s) you need in exchange.
There is no return on customized (monogrammed) items.
We will contact you for payment if doing an uneven exchange (and you owe additional money).
