Monogram orders are non returnable unless we make a mistake on the monogramming. Monogramming Orders are typically mailed out 2-3 business days after the order is received. All orders are sent to you via US Priority Mail (UPS for larger orders).

1/2" Letter Height is the most common. If you are having more than 1 line we recommend you stay with 1/2" Letter Height. The monogramming is limited to a 5 1/4" wide area and in most cases should not exceed 20-23 characters . When we have more than 20-23 characters we have to reduce the width-to-height ratio or just make them smaller than 1/2".Chancery is our most popular font style. It has the look of a script with the readability of a block style font. This font is usually limited to 1/2" unless you have a very short name.

There are cases where 3/4" letter height looks appropriate, but in many cases anything above 1/2" looks rather gaudy.
There are also assorted thread colors to choose from. If you do not see the color you need then email or call us and we can likely use the thread color of your choice.
